Eligibility: Return items within 14 days of purchase in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. 

Process: Contact us for a Return Request, pack the item securely, and ship it back to the provided address.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund of only the product to your original payment method within a few days.

Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges unless there was an error on our behalf.
